Deadline for hotel reservations is no later than Friday, May 4, 2012.

 
All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel by either mailing them the reservation form to Grandover Resort ATTN: Reservations, 1000 Club Road, Greensboro, NC 27407, or by faxing it to 336-856-9991, or by phoning them at 336-294-1800.

The Hotel's check-in time is 4 pm.  The Hotel's check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

Accommodations must be guaranteed by credit card or check made payable in the amount of one night's lodging plus tax.  Unless reservations are cancelled 3 days prior to arrival date, you will be charged for the first night.  Reservations received after the cut-off date are subject to availability.

Rates will be as follows:

Room Type

Single                                    $317.71 per day                           

Double                                  $218.17 per person/per day

Package rates include lodging each night, breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as all service charges and tax for the dates of 06/07-11, 2012.  Package inclusions begin at lunch on Thursday, June 7, 2012.
