Deadline for hotel reservations is no later than Thursday, May 19, 2011.

 
All reservations must be made individually through the Hotel's Reservation Department.  If calling, be sure to specify that it is the American Leather Chemists Association reserved block to obtain rates below.  All rooms will be in the Eagle Tower.

 

The Hotel's check-in time is 4 pm.  The Hotel's check-out time is 11:00 am. 

 

Reservations are to be accompanied by a deposit equivalent to one night's room revenue plus tax.


Rates will be as follows:

 

Room Type

Single                                    $260                           

Double                                  $215 per person/day

 

Package rates include lodging each night, breakfast, lunch, dinner, service charge and tax for the dates of 06/09-12, 2011.  Package inclusions begin at lunch on Thursday, June 9, 2011. 

 

The cancellation policy of Treasure Island is as follows:

-- Refunds/Adjustments will be made only when cancellations/changes are received more than 72 hours prior to arrival.  All requests for lodging must be received no later than May 19, 2011.  Reservations received after the cut off date May 19 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.
