1) You need to decide how much of the recycled chrome you will use every day.

2)  You should try and use every day what you produce, but I would not use more than 20% of your chrome offer as recycled.

3)  You need to be aware thatr the recycled chrome will maintain it's basicity regardless of how much you add back to the virgin chroime.

i.e.  If you add 20% of 50% basicity and 80% of 33% basicity, you will not get 36.4% basicity but you will end up with 20% of 50% and 80% of 33%.

4)  Both of the chromes will have to be measured every batch.  The recycled chrome can be added with or to the virgin chrome.

To improve your chrome tanning efficiency, you wil need to control the amount you add back every day.
